Irvine Project Opens Today With 15 Homes

Turtle Rock Crest, a single-family detached home project of Standard-Pacific Corp., opens today in Irvine with 15 units in the first phase. A total of 108 are planned.
Priced from $325,000 to $425,000, the homes are being offered in single- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 2,516 to 3,667 square feet and including four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 baths.
Each home will have dining and family rooms, an inside laundry room with sink, and a three-car attached garage with door opener. Wet bars, cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, greenhouse windows and pre-wiring for security systems are other features.
There is a monthly homeowners fee of $141.76, and Phase 1 move-ins are set for March.
Four decorated models and a sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2 Hilltop, near Ridgeline and Turtle Rock drives.
