Service Intelligence Corp. of Westlake Village named Diane Mackall vice president for information services. Mackall comes from Serviceland Inc., also of Westlake Village, where she was product marketing manager.

Service Intelligence offers group buying, marketing and consulting to independent computer-repair stores. The company was formed last month by George Harmon and Larry McGovern, two other alumni of Serviceland, a chain of computer-repair stores.

Harmon, who founded Serviceland, resigned last month, blaming a dispute over expansion plans. He is now chairman of the board for Service Intelligence. McGovern, president of Service Intelligence, was marketing vice president for Serviceland.
