Orange County Appraisal Chapter Installs Officers

Joe E. Gardner, chief appraiser at Universal Savings Bank, Orange, has been installed as 1985-86 president of Orange County chapter 132, Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

Bruce Diller of Coast Federal Savings & Loan, Pasadena, is the first vice president and Jonathan Thompson of Interstate Appraisal Corp., Newport Beach, is second vice president. The new secretary is Harry Holzhauer, Booth, Crosbie, Holzhauer & Pike, Long Beach and the treasurer is Robert G. Chick, Robert G. Chick & Associates, Fullerton.

Directors are: Monte Dammarell, Dammarell & Associates, Laguna Hills; Gary Clendenin, Clendenin & Associates, Orange; Michelle Butler, Mercury Savings & Loan, Long Beach; Steven Chung, Columbia Savings & Loan, Irvine and Guy Sipos, Downey Savings & Loan, Costa Mesa.
