The first phase of State College Plaza, a $20-million, six-story, 126,000-square-foot office building, has been topped out at the intersection of State College Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim.

Dunn Properties Corp., the developer, expects to complete Phase 1 construction by March, 1986. The second and third phases will be office buildings of 10 and 12 stories. Dunn said the completed complex will offer 600,000 square feet of space and be valued at more than $100 million.

The plaza is a joint venture of the Dunn firm and Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co. Robert S. Kraft & Associates is the architect, Saffell & McAdam is the general contractor and sales and leasing are handled by Coldwell Banker in Orange and Santa Ana.
