Hughes Leases Satler Offices

The Satler Office Centre, under development at 101 N. Sepulveda Blvd., El Segundo, will be occupied by Hughes Aircraft Co. under terms of a 10-year lease, according to Samuel Properties and Butler Estates, joint-venture principals in the $28-million project.
Situated on a three-acre site, the building will include 210,000 square feet of office space on three levels with underground parking for 840 cars.
Albert and Wurzburger of Los Angeles is the architect; Samuel Leigh and Partners of London and Los Angeles are project consultants and Grubb & Ellis is the leasing agent. Financing is by Citicorp Real Estate Inc.
