Vista
A 23-year-old Carlsbad man was killed Sunday morning when the motorcycle he was driving slammed into a car making a left turn into a private driveway on East Vista Way in Vista, a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
Randall M. Broussard was dead at the scene at 10:49 a.m. after running into a car driven by Richard Dickey, 57, of Capistrano Beach, the spokeswoman said. Dickey and his two passengers, Donald Leger, 46, and Amos Dykes, 34, were unharmed.
Broussard was reportedly traveling about 80 m.p.h. when he collided with the car, the spokeswoman said.
