ORANGE COUNTY

California City Bank in Orange has hired Walter W. Rohm as vice president for loan administration. Rohm worked at First National Bank of Orange for 26 years before it was sold to Wells Fargo Bank in 1978. He spent the last seven year at Valencia Bank. He replaces Philip Horrell, who resigned.
