Groundwater Problems
I’d like to ask your readers for help with a book I’m writing on the social, political and legal history of water management and use in the West. Specifically, I’m interested in problems that groundwater pumpers have had with groundwater use, management and allocation during any of the last 50 years. I’d like to hear from people who have had what they consider unique or unpleasant experiences with groundwater managers, management or competition for water. Your help is appreciated.
