Street Repairs to Start: Work on South El Camino Real between Avenida Valencia and Avenida Santa Margarita is scheduled to begin Monday and should continue for about 75 working days--depending on rain, according to a city official. The improvement project, which includes overlaying the street with asphalt and making the city’s main thoroughfare safer, is funded by a combination of federal and city money.
