Aetna Finances Office, Industrial Developments

Permanent financing in excess of $15 million has been obtained from Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. for the Park Mile Center office development, a project of Scientific Computer Center of Los Angeles, at 4751 Wilshire Blvd.

Loan placement was negotiated by the Los Angeles office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services.

Aetna has also contributed $8 million to the financing of Baldwin Commerce Center, a project of Baldwin Industrial Properties Ltd., in Baldwin Park, and $14 million toward refinancing 11 concrete tilt-up buildings in Los Angeles Industrial Center of Cadillac Fairview Industrial Parks.
