Trade School to Expand

Wilfred American Education Corp., a New York-based trade school, has leased 40,000 square feet of space at 519 S. Broadway from 5th & Broadway Partnership under a 20-year, $12-million lease to expand its operation. Both parties were represented by the Irving Bonios Co.
