Arabs Seek Soviet Trade

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates —
A trade delegation from the United Arab Emirates will visit the Soviet Union on Thursday for the first time amid calls urging the conservative state to establish relations with Moscow. A spokesman for the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry said the 11-member delegation will discuss “ways of promoting bilateral trade and economic cooperation.”
