2nd Quarter Earnings Up for ATV Systems
ATV Systems Inc. said it earned $352,000 for its fiscal 1986 second quarter, ended Sept. 30, compared to $331 in earnings for the same period last year. Revenue for the second quarter was $3.3 million, down almost 50% from $6.4 million.
Net income of $528,000 for the first half the fiscal year was up 27% from the prior year’s first six months, while revenue of $7.1 million was down 62.6% from $18.9 million.

ATV Systems Inc. of Santa Ana reported net income of $331,000 for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1984. The income figure was incorrectly reported in Friday’s edition.
The company said revenues were reduced because of the sale of its service business in July 1984.
An ATV spokeswoman said the company’s increased profits have come from ATV’s decision to put all of its efforts into producing electronic computers for restaurant inventory control. “We were more diversified last year,” she said, “we had service and leasing companies and other office products division last year. We sold them all and now are very concentrated.”
