President Fills Judgeship in Georgia Central District

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan on Thursday named Duross Fitzpatrick as a new U.S. District Court judge for the central district of Georgia, the White House said. Fitzpatrick, 51, is a lawyer in Cochran, Ga., and fills a seat created by Congress last year.
