Energy Conservation Wins Award for Project
Security Pacific Plaza in Los Angeles has been given the Award for Excellence by the city of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, for reducing electrical consumption by 14.5% compared to 1984 levels. Conservation efforts resulted in savings of more than 2 million kilowatts, enough to power 417 Los Angeles homes for one year.
