Cadillac Fairview Opens Division in Los Angeles

Cadillac Fairview Corp. of Toronto has established a Los Angeles-headquartered business unit to capture a larger share of the growing, industrial business park market in the United States and Canada.

Known as Cadillac Fairview Industrial Development, the unit will be headed by Martin Seaton, an executive vice president of Cadillac Fairview Corp. and president of the Cadillac Fairview U. S. Western Region business unit based in Los Angeles.

The new entity will focus on development and operation of industrial business parks. Existing business park activities will also come under its direction. Cadillac Fairview has been involved in business park development for many years with its activities primarily concentrated in California.
