Koll Co. Acquires Office Building

A 10-story office building at 450 N. Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, and an adjoining five-level parking structure have been acquired by the Koll Co. from Beverly Hills Federal Savings & Loan Assn.

Ed Griffin, Koll senior vice president, said that the two top floors of the office building have been leased to United Artists for its corporate headquarters. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
