Egypt has informed seven foreign envoys of alleged Libyan terrorist plots in their countries, the interior ministry said. The countries involved are Britain, West Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Austria and Nigeria. The details of the plots were obtained in confessions from four men, identified by Egypt as Libyans, who were detained in connection with a plot to kill Libyans in Egypt.
