Medical Imaging Centers of America, the San Diego-based operator of outpatient medical diagnostic imaging centers, last week called for redemption its publicly held warrants to purchase its common stock. Each warrant allows the holder to buy 1.5 shares of common at $3.33 per share. The warrants will expire if they aren’t exercised before Jan. 17, 1986.
