Koreans Discuss Trade

PANMUNJOM, Korea —
Economic officials of South and North Korea met for the fifth time Wednesday but failed to work out an agreement to open trade. They agreed to meet again Jan. 22, 1986, in an attempt to draft an agreement on trade and economic cooperation.
