Beecham Holdings will pay Pantry Pride $395 million for Norcliff Thayer, which makes health aids and over-the-counter medications, and Reheis, a specialty chemicals business, Revlon spokesman Roger Shelley said. Pantry Pride, which acquired Revlon for $1.83 billion earlier this month, is moving quickly to sell Revlon businesses to cut the heavy debt that it took on in acquiring the company. Also reportedly for sale is Revlon’s ethical drug division.
