Offices Under Construction

A $300,000, 17,000-square-foot project of 50 offices will be completed this month for Smith, Barney, Harris, Upham & Co. in the First Interstate Bank building, San Diego, by contractor Snyder-Langston Inc., coordinated by developer Bowlen Holdings.
