$7.5-Million, Five-Year San Diego Lease Signed

GE Calma Co., a computer-aided engineering and design systems supplier, has signed a $7.5-million, five-year lease for 105,000 square feet in the Naiman Tech Center in San Diego.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented GE Calma and the lessor, Sorrento Tech Ltd.
