Peter K. Joneleit has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Response Management, Inc., a real estate information service based in Santa Ana. Joneleit, 45, had been an independent consultant for six months and was director of management information services for RREEF Funds, a San Francisco-based real estate investment advisement firm, before his appointment to the new position. RMI develops and markets computer software for the real estate industry.
