Austrian Anni Kronbichler scored the third victory of her skiing career, edging a pair of Swiss challengers to win the women’s slalom at Sestriere, Italy.

The 22-year-old Kronbichler held off Brigitte Oertli and two-time World Cup champion Erika Hess with a perfectly executed second run in the two-leg race to clock an aggregate winning time of 1 minute 31.82 seconds on the Kandahar course.
