Honolulu Elections Put Off

HONOLULU —
Special elections scheduled today to choose successors for three recalled councilmen were postponed Friday until Dec. 28. The state Supreme Court said it was postponing the elections because of lawsuits filed by the Democratic and Republican parties as a result of the recall.
