Richard A. Miller, West Coast regional manager for Kroh Brothers Development Company, has been promoted to vice president in charge of the firm’s regional office in Laguna Hills. Miller, 31, had been regional manager for two years before his appointment to the new position. He was an office leasing broker with Cushman and Wakefield for three years prior to joining the company.

Kroh Brothers is a Kansas City, Mo.-based realtor and developer with more than 100 commercial, retail and residential properties and five regional offices.
