CALIFORNIA - News from Dec. 5, 1985

Kasler Corp., a major San Bernardino construction firm specializing in freeways and highways, named E. Robert Ferguson, 53, president and chief operating officer. He reports to Chairman R. E. (Jeff) Kasler.

Ferguson, who had been executive vice president and construction manager, replaces Dean F. Gordinier, who will become senior vice president and engineering manager.

Also, Homer E. Holmes has been named vice president and manager of the south-central region, replacing Dwight Beavers.
