$7-Million Complex Completed in Valencia
Two 60,000-square-foot industrial buildings, valued at a total of $7 million, have been completed in the Valencia Industrial Center by Saunders development Co. of Woodland HIlls.
Designed by David Osborn of Woodland Hills for the high-tech / electronics market, each of the buildings has 48,919 square feet of warehouse space on the first level and 11,520 square feet of office space on the mezzanine level. Coldwell Banker is handling leasing.
