The Region : No One Wins Lottery’s $3-Million Prize

No one won the $3-million top prize in the California Lottery’s first “big spin” of the Sky’s the Limit game, and an official said an all-time low winnings mark was set in the drawing. There also were no $2-million winners in the spin-off for the eighth edition of the California Jackpot game. A lottery spokesman said total winnings for 20 finalists of Sky’s the Limit spinoff was $710,000. The lowest previous total was $800,000 in the third week. Three of the 20 finalists were $100,000 winners, six won $50,000 and 11 won $10,000 in spins of a roulette-like wheel.
