El Monte : School Board Chief Named
Patricia Wallach has been selected president of the El Monte Union High School District Board of Trustees. Wallach succeeds Helen Archer, who was reelected last month to a third term. Other board members are E. Clarke Moseley, Bob Brown and Carol Mahoney.
