Mosbo, 39, will be director of technical operations. He was at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington for the last seven years. Before that, he was a free-lance theater operations consultant in the Washington area.

Feichtmann, 27, will have charge of special projects at the Orange County center. Last June, he left the Long Beach Symphony after 18 months as general manager. He had served in various administrative posts in the organization since 1979. For the last five months he has been orchestra manager of the Oakland Symphony.
