Shaklee announced a management shake-up.

San Francisco-based Shaklee Corp. said J. Gary Shansby has resigned as chairman and chief executive “due to policy differences with the board of directors.” David M. Chamberlain, the company’s president and chief operating officer, was elected to the position of chief executive officer. John C. Lorini, a company director since 1975, was elected chairman of the board. Shaklee also announced that Robert K. Swanson, a director of the firm, has resigned. The company manufactures and distributes nutritional, household and personal care products.
