ComputerLand Corp., which last week underwent a management restructuring that put President Ed Faber in the chairman’s seat, named two company franchisees, Ken Greene and Norm Dinnsen, to the board of directors.

“ComputerLand will now have franchisee participation at the highest possible level,” Faber said in a statement. “They bring experience and an important perspective that will influence and direct the policies of ComputerLand.”

Under the restructuring, in which Faber replaced Chairman William Millard, the board was expanded to five from three seats, and Millard’s daughter, Barbara, was removed from the board. In addition to Faber and the two franchisees, Executive Vice President Ken Waters was named a director.
