Larry D. Gray was named to head the new Warner Center office of Ernst & Whinney. A high-tech specialist, Gray was the accounting firm’s Far East representative, based in Singapore. Before that, he was managing partner of its San Jose office, the firm said. Gray has been with Ernst & Whinney 20 years.
