Two Navy men who died when their rented single-engine airplane crashed at an airport in northwest Florida were identified by officials at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola as Ensign David Martz, 24, of Pacific Palisades, and Ensign Greg J. Noonan, 23, of Fort Worth, Tex.
