Oil Ship Runs Aground

BOSTON —
A 560-foot, Liberian-registered tanker carrying 9.5 million gallons of heating oil lost engine power and ran aground outside Boston Harbor on Friday, the Coast Guard said. No one was hurt and no oil was spilled in the incident, officials said.
