A Laguna Hills man who was arrested earlier this month in El Toro on suspicion of possessing 100 kilograms of cocaine was ordered by a federal court magistrate in Los Angeles to stand trial Feb. 11 before U. S. District Judge Stephen Wilson. Daniel Hernando Serrano, a former supervisor for the Xerox Corp., was indicted Dec. 17 on one count of possession of cocaine. He remains in custody. He was arrested Dec. 6 after U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents allegedly observed Serrano in downtown Los Angeles unloading packages from a tractor-trailer truck and placing them into his late-model van.
