The Anaheim-based computer maker said it lost $8 million in fiscal 1985 on sharply reduced revenue and reported an additional $1.2-million loss for the first fiscal 1986 quarter ended Nov. 2. The company also said that its auditors have qualified their opinion of the annual results. General Automation officials blamed the losses on lower microcomputer sales and on the sale of its components group.
