Costa Mesa Firm Buys Business Park

Trico Realty, Costa Mesa, has Acquired the College Business Park, 701 State College Blvd., Fullerton, from the Travelers Insurance Co. for $8 million.

The park’s 205,000 square feet of leasable space currently serves office and warehouse needs of about 180 tenants. Trico will lease and manage the facility.
