30 Killed in Bus Plunge

LA PAZ, Bolivia — A rockfall and mud slide during torrential rains swept a bus into a 500-foot gorge, killing all 30 people aboard, authorities said Tuesday. The accident occurred Monday as the bus traversed the mountainous Chapare district southeast of the capital of La Paz.
