Unfair Verdict

Guilty until proven innocent. That’s not the American way.

But that is the fate of General Dynamics, which will not be awarded government contracts until the recent criminal accusations against it are resolved. General Dynamics is being punished for alleged misconduct even though its guilt or innocence has yet to be established in a court of law.

That’s not the American way. It’s the Navy way.
