U.S. Official in Angola

LUANDA, Angola —
Chester A. Crocker, assistant secretary of state for African affairs, arrived Wednesday for two days of talks with Angolan officials. Crocker, chief architect of President Reagan’s southern Africa policy, is expected to meet with Angolan Interior Minister Alexandre Rodrigues.
