Bolivia Flood Aid Urged

GENEVA —
At least 30,000 people have been affected by floods resulting from heavy rains in Bolivia, and emergency aid is urgently needed, the U.N. disaster relief office said Monday. Almost 2,000 houses have been destroyed and about 20,000 acres of farmland flooded, the office said.
