Steven Denton will be installed Thursday as president of the San Diego Trial Lawyers Assn., succeeding attorney Daniel Krinsky.
At its annual dinner, the 1,200-member organization will present awards to San Diego County Superior Court Judge James Malkus, Vista Municipal Judge Victor Ramirez, state Sen. John Seymour (R-Anaheim) and attorney T. Michael Reed.
Other new officers include:
Anthony Battaglia, first vice president; Marshall Foreman, second vice president; Louisa Porter, treasurer; Robert Grimes, secretary, and Brian Monaghan, parliamentarian.
