Ducommun Inc. elected as directors Arthur W. Schmutz, a partner in the law firm of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and management consultant Robert C. Ducommun, who is filling a seat left by his father, Charles E. Ducommun. The elder Ducommun recently retired after over 50 years on the board.
