Computer Unit Elects Singer

Sheri Singer, designer/computer liaison at Welton Becket Associates, has been named 1986 president of the Assn. for Computers in Design.

She will be joined by Jim Lefever, computer operations manager at Becket, vice president; architect Steve Karzen, associate architect/project manager in the UCLA campus planning office, secretary, and Mike Fuller, computer operations manager for Leo A. Daly in Los Angeles, treasurer.

The association, now in its third year, seeks to advance the professional use of computers in design firms by providing unbiased information of good quality about computer applications.
