Grading Starts for Condos

The Grupe Co. of Stockton has begun grading for Summerset Village, a 280-unit condominium development near the Simi Valley (118) Freeway and Topanga Canyon Boulevard on part of the Iverson Ranch in Chatsworth.

One- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 750 to 1,225 square feet will be available for lease beginning next spring, with the entire project scheduled for completion by the end of the year, according to Vincent Petralia of Grupe. The Iverson Ranch was a favorite site for filming westerns.
