Braemar Sunset Hills Opens Single-Family Houses Today

Braemar Sunset Hills, a development of 99 single-family homes, opens today in Thousand Oaks with 59 homes in the first two phases and 38 sold.

During the grand opening today, there will be complimentary refreshments and an Azure Seas cruise giveaway.

Priced from $219,000 to $300,000, the houses are available in four floor plans with one or two stories, three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and 2,550 to 3,600 square feet.

Features include wood-burning fireplaces, ceramic-tile entries, vaulted ceilings and wet bars.

A project of Braemar Homes, the houses are expected to be ready for first move-ins this summer. The sales office and four furnished models are open weekdays except Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sunset Hills Boulevard and Erbes Road.
