School buses rolled in Boston for the first time since Jan. 2, when 600 unionized drivers launched a walkout that stranded 27,000 students and left a bitter rift between the mayor and the school board. Drivers overwhelmingly ratified a new 18-month contract, with the Boston School Committee unanimously agreeing to accept the settlement several hours later.
